Cottages are $265 weekday/$315 weekend. Weekly is $1750; Monthly is $6,000.
FULL SUMMER 14-week RENTAL (May 25th-Sept 7th) $18,500 (2 cottages available)
Effective May 15, the minimum booking lowers from 3 days to 2 days.
Single-night rentals are available in some cottages; reservations must be made between 14 and 3 days prior to your arrival day and you must contact us directly for reservations- (single-day stays cannot be booked on our website)

SummerHouse is a private oasis of cottages blending modern design with vintage details just steps to beaches, dining and nightlife. No car needed! From NYC/Wall Street, it is a 40 minute luxury ferry ride to Highlands. Our fenced compound has grilling areas, firepit, and bike & surfboard storage. Walk or bike to a wide variety of guarded, natural bay and ocean beaches and trails.
We offer 10 cottages and a 2-bedroom suite on the upper floor of our Main House.
