SummerHouse is a private oasis of cottages blending modern design with vintage details just steps to beaches, dining and nightlife. No car needed and we are an easy, 40 minute ferry ride from NYC. Our fenced compound has grilling areas, firepit, and bike & surfboard storage.
We offer 10 cottages and a 2-bedroom suite on the upper floor of our Main House..

Terms
Two guests per unit.
A non-refundable payment is required to reserve your cottage. I you cancel a reservation, we may try to rebook the room. If we successfully rebook the room, we may, at our discretion, refund your payment minus a processing fee of up to 25%.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on or near the property.
Rates vary and may have a minimum stay during peak season/weekends. We offer discounts for longer stays. Stay connected for last minute specials, and ask about other group rates and event options.
Keyless access and cashless online booking. Please arrive after 3pm, depart by 11am.
